Professional history
I joined Rowley Turton as Practice Manager in June 2025, returning to private wealth management after a career break.
I’ve been in the financial services profession all my career and have witnessed many changes through regulation and IT advancements.
I’ve worked in a vast range of roles which enables me to provide a considered and supportive approach to all the Rowley Turton Team.
I enjoy the Practice Manager role as it is a diverse role where no two days are the same, and I can support the team and business to grow.
I look forward to continuing my role, enhancing the service that Rowley Turton provides, and assisting the Directors, Advisers, Paraplanners, and Administrators in meeting their personal and business objectives.
Vik's role at Rowley Turton
As Practice Manager, I support the Directors, Advisers, Paraplanners, and Administrators with their daily roles, ensuring that they have all they need to provide the high level of service that we strive to achieve.
I oversee the daily operations of the IFA firm, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant running of the firm. My role involves managing administrative processes, supporting advisers and paraplanners, and improving practice efficiency.
I work closely with the team, looking for continuous improvement and development, ensuring that our operations and procedures are as efficient as they can be and always looking for ways to enhance our best practice and service to clients. I support the team with their personal development, including both practical and technical support and mentorship for professional qualifications and apprenticeships. I am responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the operations and play a vital role in maintaining high standards of client service while enabling the advisory team to focus on delivering advice.

Vik in the spotlight

"Rowley Turton have provided decades of excellent trustworthy advice, first to my father, then to me and now to my children. I have recommended them to others in the past and would unhesitatingly do so again in the future."
