We’re delighted to welcome Ryan Gallacher to the Rowley Turton team as our new Apprentice Paraplanner.

Ryan recently completed his Economics degree at the University of Leicester and is now taking his first steps into the world of financial planning. Having previously supported the Rowley Turton team during work experience placements, Ryan already has a great understanding of our culture and values — and we’re thrilled to now have him onboard full-time.

“I’m very excited to be joining Rowley Turton,” says Ryan. “It’s a fantastic opportunity to begin my career in financial planning with such a well-respected firm. I’ve already learned a lot through previous work experience here, and I’m looking forward to building on that as I work towards my qualifications and support the team.”

As part of his apprenticeship, Ryan will be working towards the CII Certificate in Paraplanning, which includes modules in regulation, investment principles, personal taxation, and paraplanning. His structured training is being delivered by Skills Edge Training and will include over 600 hours of off-the-job learning through workshops, digital training, assignments, and professional mentoring.

Ryan will be supporting our paraplanning team in researching financial products, preparing reports, and assisting advisers with delivering high-quality advice. His role is an important part of our long-term commitment to developing new talent within the profession and maintaining the high standards our clients expect.
