I joined Rowley Turton in 2025 as an Apprentice Administrator. Due to family being in the business, I grew up around discussions of finances but I was always unsure about what career path I would want to work in. My true moment of realisation was when I did work experience for Rowley Turton and realised how much I enjoyed the complexity of Financial Administration whilst also keeping a familiar pattern. I’m looking forward to continuing my journey in Financial Administration and progressing my knowledge of the industry.

Alfie's role at Rowley Turton

As an apprentice administrator, Alfie supports the team by processing, retrieving and filing external documents to a high standard as well as preparing information for important meetings, all while supporting the advisers and experienced paraplanners that she works with to the best of her ability. This role gives her the chance to gain a deeper understanding whilst developing relevant skills to optimise her tasks whilst contributing to the delivery of great service for our clients.
