Rowley Turton named finalist for Best Use of AI at the Money Marketing Awards 2026

May 28, 2026

We are delighted to announce that Rowley Turton has been named as a finalist in the Best use of AI by an advice firm category at the Money Marketing Awards 2026.

The Money Marketing Awards are among the best-known awards in the UK financial advice profession, recognising firms and providers that are helping to shape the future of financial planning and advice.

Rowley Turton has been shortlisted alongside Beacon Wealth Management, Lucent Financial Planning, Rosemount Financial Solutions (IFA), and True Potential.

Using AI carefully and practically

At Rowley Turton, our use of artificial intelligence is not about replacing the personal relationships, professional judgement or individual care that sit at the heart of good financial advice.

Instead, we use AI as a practical support tool to help improve the way we work. Our focus has been on using technology to strengthen processes, improve consistency, reduce unnecessary manual work, and give our team more time to focus on delivering high-quality financial planning and advice.

This has included using AI to help design and refine Xplan workflows, cases and task structures, giving the firm a more structured and repeatable approach to delivering advice.

AI has also supported Consumer Duty assessments and management information reporting, helping to improve consistency and oversight while reducing the time involved in producing and reviewing this work.

Supporting clearer client communication

Clear communication is essential in financial planning. We have used AI to review client-facing documents, helping improve clarity, readability and consistency.

Tools such as Marloo also support meeting capture and documentation, helping ensure that client meetings are recorded and summarised accurately and efficiently.

The aim is simple: better processes, clearer communication and more time spent on the areas where human advice and judgement add the greatest value.

Strong governance and human oversight

We believe AI should be used responsibly.

At Rowley Turton, AI is used as a support tool only. We do not use client-sensitive data within ChatGPT, we do not generate automated advice or automated client responses, and all outputs are reviewed by advisers before use.

This controlled approach helps us benefit from new technology while maintaining the professional standards, care and accountability that clients rightly expect from an independent financial advice firm.

Recognition for the whole team

Being named a finalist is a tremendous achievement for everyone at Rowley Turton.

Introducing new technology into a financial advice business requires curiosity, care and a willingness to improve long-established ways of working. This recognition reflects the contribution of the whole team, from advisers and paraplanners to administration, operations and management.

It also reflects our wider commitment to continual improvement. We want to provide clients with high-quality financial planning and advice, while building a firm that is efficient, resilient and ready for the future.

Looking ahead

The winners will be announced at the Money Marketing Awards ceremony at The Londoner Hotel on Thursday 10 September 2026.

Whatever the outcome, we are proud to have been recognised as one of the leading advice firms in this important and rapidly developing area.

We would like to thank our team, clients and professional partners for their continued support.
