Support our new Introduction Incentive Programme and help a great cause

Following our recent poll, we’re delighted to share the results with you.

Firstly, we’d like to thank each and every one of you who spared a few moments of your time to vote or share our poll.

We’re delighted with the response we’ve had, with more than 1,000 people voting. It really goes to show how much you care about our local community.

Without further ado, the winner of our poll is…

TwentyTwenty

TwentyTwenty work towards empowering local young people, aged 11 to 19 years, to build their confidence and make positive choices in their relationships, health and education.

We’re excited to be raising money for the charity over the next year. As we mentioned previously, we’ll be doing this through our Introduction Incentive Programme.

TwentyTwenty is a registered charity under number 1120694.

What’s the new incentive programme, and how does it benefit TwentyTwenty?

We’ll make a £50 charitable donation for each person you introduce to us who books an initial meeting.

It doesn’t matter whether that’s a remote or a face-to-face meeting, and there’s no requirement for them to become a client.

Very simply, if you introduce someone to us, and we meet them, we’ll make a £50 donation on your behalf.

Our initial target over the year is to raise £2,000 to support TwentyTwenty and, with your help, we believe we can reach our goal.

Who you should introduce to us

You know that you need to take control of your finances to live the life you want, but do your friends, family, and co-workers?

Our team of highly qualified financial planners are vastly experienced in the financial services profession. We’ve honed our expertise to focus on your contacts who are:

• Planning for retirement: If they’re planning for retirement, they will undoubtedly have many questions. We’ll provide them with answers and help them plan for the retirement life they want.
• Enjoying retirement: Retirement should be a chance to reap the rewards of a lifetime of hard work. But for many, it’s marred by money worries. We’ll help take the worry away and put your friends and family back in control of their future.
• Recently bereaved: Making sense of finances when grieving often feels like a near-impossible task. Our sympathetic and experienced advisers are here to guide your contacts through their financial worries and take the strain at this difficult time.

8 more reasons you should introduce us

As you already have first-hand experience of working with us, you know the tailored service we provide to each client.

As well as this…

…We’re highly rated

We currently have 38 Google reviews, with an average rating of 5 stars.

We also have more than 250 reviews on VouchedFor (a website similar to TripAdvisor but specifically for financial services) with an overall average rating of 4.9 out of 5.

…We’re highly qualified

Rowley Turton were one of the first firms in Leicestershire to be awarded the prestigious Chartered financial planner designation by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).

Considered the gold standard in financial planning, Chartered status recognises those firms that have satisfied rigorous standards.

…We’re in the press

As recognised personal finance experts, the national and trade media regularly ask us to contribute on financial planning and private wealth management matters. We’ve featured in newspapers such as the Sunday Times, the Independent, FTAdviser and many more.

…We add value

We add value to our client relationships by ensuring we give the best of our knowledge and award-winning expertise to each of our clients.

…We’re on your side

Financial planners are sometimes referred to as “intermediaries”. That implies we hold a neutral position between two parties.

However, we’re not neutral. While our commitment to behaving ethically to all parties is binding, we never forget that our job is to be on your side.

…We work hard to build long-term relationships

We often count two, or even three generations of one family among our clients.

…We apply expert analysis, common sense, and a healthy dose of scepticism to all that we do

It sounds obvious but examining closely is a vital part of what we do and something we take very seriously.

…We have a reputation for making the complicated understandable

Finances can be complicated. But we’re specialists at making the complex, straightforward.

How should you introduce people to us?

Get permission from your friend, family member or work colleague to introduce them to us. This is important – please do not introduce someone to us unless you have their permission!

We’ll then contact them to arrange an initial discussion and, if we meet (face-to-face or online), we’ll arrange to donate £50 to our chosen charity, TwentyTwenty.

Every few months we’ll keep you updated with the progress we’re making towards our target.

Kind regards,
The Rowley Turton team
